You will also be able to choose from an abundance of delicious recipes to nourish your body from within. We have been using Health Kit to facilitate users to track their health data when they do workouts, They can enable the iWatch option from the Devices section under Account, the User has to open the iWatch App and Start Session, Those health data like Heart Rate and Calorie Burn will be seen in Workouts Menu under Accounts
